PE = Poly Ethylene

Features and Uses

It is made of ethylene, and is widely used in vessels, packaging materials, electrical and electronic material insulators, and industrial parts due to its excellent water resistance and chemical resistance.
Until now, paper tubes and metal cores had many problems with paper dust, corrosion, and germs, but they were solved by using PE CORE.
It is good for low load, and widely used in clean, hygienic places.
It has been used for medical products, foods, film winding core

Features and Uses

Resin made by polymerizing at room temperature and normal pressure with special organic metal catalyst.
It is recyclable, hygienic and environmentally friendly. Physical properties are weaker than ABS.
It is good for low load, and widely used in clean, hygienic places.
It has been used for medical products, food, film winding core.

ABS = Acrylonitrile / Butadiene / Styrene

Features and Uses

ABS resin is a copolymer of acrylonitrile (AN), butadiene (BD) and styrene (SM), and it is excellent in moldability, impact resistance, mechanical properties, chemical resistance and colorability, so it has a wide variety of uses including electric, electronic parts, exterior parts, and toys.
Especially it is used for clean room for electronic material optical film.
Until now, paper tubes and metal cores had many problems with paper dust, corrosion, and germs, but ABS CORE is very good for stabilizing strength and dimension with high-quality precision molding and clean without any dust.
